Returns
- Returns can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn or unused condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, email hello@barestreep.com with the subject line "Return" followed by your order number. Please include the reason for the return in the email body.
- Return pickups will be arranged within 5-7 business days from your request.
- Once approved, we will process a full refund, excluding delivery charges.
Exchanges
- Exchange can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn or unused condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, email hello@barestreep.com with the subject line "Exchange" followed by your order number. Please include the reason for the exchange in the email body and the new size requested.
- Exchange items will be picked up and new items delivered within 5-7 business days from your request.
Refunds
- Refunds for returns will be issued in full, excluding any delivery charges paid at the time of order confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 days after approval.
