Returns

1. Returns can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
2. Items must be in their original, unworn or unused condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
3. To initiate a return, email hello@barestreep.com with the subject line "Return" followed by your order number. Please include the reason for the return in the email body.
4. Return pickups will be arranged within 5-7 business days from your request.
5. Once approved, we will process a full refund, excluding delivery charges.

Exchanges

1. Exchange can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
2. Items must be in their original, unworn or unused condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
3. To initiate an exchange, email hello@barestreep.com with the subject line "Exchange" followed by your order number. Please include the reason for the exchange in the email body and the new size requested.
4. Exchange items will be picked up and new items delivered within 5-7 business days from your request.

Refunds

1. Refunds for returns will be issued in full, excluding any delivery charges paid at the time of order confirmation.
2. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 days after approval.
